How it Works

    1. A recipient will fill out our form and request a delivery of items to their location.

    2. After submitting our form, Aglo will match the recipient with a traveler already heading to the recipient's location.

    3. Once the match is found, the recipient will pay for their items and associated delivery fees.

    4. After payment is confirmed, the requested items will be shipped and delivered to the traveler within 72 - 48 hours before their departure. Upon delivery, the traveler will pack the items in their carry-on.

    5. Once the traveler departs for their trip, the recipient will be notified that their items are on their way!

    6. Upon arrival, the traveler will declare the items at customs, pay any associated *import fees, meet the recipient at the coordinated meeting location, and deliver the items.

    7. After the delivery, the traveler will be paid for their services and reimbursed for the associated import fees.

    *Note: Many countries allow for the payment of import taxes before arriving at customs. In this instance, travelers will not be required to pay any associated import fees when declaring imported items.

    1. Head to our recipient form and submit a delivery request, specifying what country and city your in along with what items you’d like

    2. We match you with a traveler heading to your location and coordinate a meeting location

    3. Once we match you with a traveler, and accept the match, we charge you an $80 flat rate fee no matter where the package is being sent

    4. The traveler arrives and meets you at the designated meeting location. You collect your items, do your happy dance!

    1. Head to our traveler form and enter your travel itinerary

    2. We match you with a recipient requesting a package in your travel destination

    3. We coordinate between you and the recipient to arrange a convenient meeting location and time

    4. We send you the recipient’s items 72 hours before your departure, you pack them in your carry-on, and fly away!

    5. Once you land, declare the items you brought with you to customs, meet the recipient at the pre-set location, hand off the items, and get paid $40!

Recipient FAQs

  • We currently charge an $80 flat rate delivery fee for international orders to anywhere in the world.

  • We anticipate most deliveries to occur between June - August and December. However, Due to the uncertainty of finding and matching you with a traveler heading to your location, we cannot provide an estimate of when your package will arrive until a confirmed traveler is matched to you. You will not be charged for our services until a match is found. Recipients may cancel an order any time before their requested items have been delivered to the traveler.

  • As it stands we are limiting each order to 10 items, 10 lbs (4.5 kgs), or volumetric dimensions of 14 X 8 x 5 inches (Length, width, height) or 35 x 20 x 13 centimeters. Whichever comes first.

Traveler FAQs

  • We ask that you place the recipient's item(s) in your carry-on baggage only. This way, any issues arising from delayed and or lost baggage are avoided.

  • In the case of any of the above unforeseen circumstances, you will be given 48 hours to report the incident to a member of the Aglo team. We will walk you through what to do next. If no contact is made with a member of our team within 48 hours, you will be barred from future use of our services.

  • Each traveler will be paid $40 per individual delivery.

  • We ask that you declare the recipient’s items to avoid any legal complications which may arise. We also ask that you declare the items to avoid the loss or confiscation of the recipient's requested items.

  • Since this is a demand and location-driven service, we can only match you with a recipient if a request has been made for items at your destination of travel.
